The Gulf Highland’s Beach Clubhouse located beachfront is a 5-7 minute walk from the unit and gives you private access to the beach. The resort has an 18-hole miniature golf course, tennis and shuffleboard available for guests. Some equipment provided for guests in unit.

Extremely clean and well-kept unit.

NO SMOKING / NO PETS! Must be 25 years old to rent.

A refurbished and remolded townhouse. The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table that seats 8 plus four bar stools for kitchen bar and a half bathroom on the main floor. Beautiful living room with comfortable reclining sofa, love seat, recliner, and gaming table for four. A patio with elevated table for four, lounger chairs, gas grill and view of the canal. One bedroom on main floor with queen size bed and private full bathroom. Two bedrooms on second floor. One with king size bed and one with queen size bed and two twin beds. Both have a private full bathrooms. One Pack and Play is available. Four flat screen (smart) TVs, WiFi and cable TV throughout townhouse.

The townhouse is just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to beach with access to the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Club House and pool on the beach. Beach toys, beach wagon, and five bicycles are available to guests. The largest pool in complex is across the street from the townhouse. There are 3 dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit.

244 Robin beckons you to stay for a fun filled vacation.

This townhome can accommodate 6 people with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths each with queen beds as well as the sleeper/sofa in the living room. Owner maintained, you will find the unit to be nicely furnished, clean and neat and just a comfortable place to stay. We provide indoor use towels, (bring your own beach towels) sheets, soaps and cleaning supplies as well as complete kitchen utensils for preparing meals. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board furnished. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located at the back of the unit off the patio (bring detergent).
The patio is home to a large gas grill with side burner, dining table and 4 chairs as well as other seating. In the afternoon the patio is shaded from the heat by trees and is very private with the security fence directly behind the home. Behind that is the Edgewater Shopping Center with a gate close by for entrance.
Of course, one of the 11 pools in Gulf Highlands is close by. There are golf clubs so guests can play the miniature golf course located in the resort. Tennis courts are provided as well, but you must bring your own racquets.

Condo is conveniently located almost directly across from one of the many pools within the complex. Two private parking spots located directly in front of the condo. Edgewater Shopping Center is within walking distance.
