Two bedrooms with king size beds and 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom has extra private area with 2 twin beds.

This vacation home is on the Island with Olympic size pool and backs up to the canal.

Gated community with the most amenities for the price.

We have 11 pools (YES 11 pools), 5 pools are seasonally heated. Private beach side pool, fantastic views of Gulf and beach access. 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 18-hole mini golf course, fitness room and playground. Beach side pool has restaurant/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and much more.

Fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels (for inside town home use only), hair dryers, washer and dryer, grill with propane tank (propane is not included), golf clubs and balls for mini golf course.

Rates include cleaning fee and taxes!

Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday (contact us for any exceptions)

$250.00 refundable deposit

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent

We are a No smoke and No pet unit (we love furry babies but owner has allergies)
