PROPERTY DETAILS

We have two town houses on the island in GHBR, each with 2 bedrooms and private bath upstairs, fully furnished kitchens, living/dining rooms, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Our townhouses are spacious and are decorated in coastal decor and are fully furnished, including personal WiFi, to make your time away from home comfortable and relaxing. Both units come with two private parking spaces directly in front of the unit — no elevators to parking garages!

One unit is located directly in front of the largest of 11 pools in our complex, and the other unit backs up to a canal. We are across the street from the beach with only a 5 minute walk until you have toes in the sand.

GHBR is a gated community with a mini putt-putt, tennis and shuffleboard courts, exercise room, and a private club house with snack bar and restrooms that is located directly on the beach!

 

Unit detail:

The 244 Grand Island unit offers more privacy on the deck and backs up to a canal where you can fish while waiting for the burgers/steaks to grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of extras for cooking at home. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, private bath, TV, and large walk-in closet and a large sitting area where you can relax with a book or just enjoy some quiet time. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, private bath, TV, and large closet. It is furnished with a comfy leather recliner, love seat, and Queen sleeper sofa.

We rent week to week through the summer and monthly during the fall and winter. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons and at least one person must be 25 years of age.
