There is also an inside Laundry Room with a washer and dryer. All linens and bath towels are provided with rental. Half bathroom conveniently located downstairs for easy access. Flat screen TV’s are located throughout the unit in the Living Room and each Bedroom, both of which are upstairs.
The second level has a master suite featuring a King bed, full en suite private bathroom, and screened-in balcony overlooking the beautiful canal. Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, bunk beds (not pictured), and a full bath, which is separate from the master bath.
Exterior Features:
Beautiful canal view from both the upstairs balcony and the downstairs back patio. Outdoor area has a brand-new charcoal grill, concrete table, and chairs on the back patio.
Summer Months (except holiday weeks):
$1,200/week (Saturday-Saturday) or $200/night with an additional cleaning fee of $100 upon departure. There is a $200 refundable reservation/damage deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to rental.

Holiday Weeks (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day):
$1,400/week. Nightly rates available upon request. Additional cleaning fee of $100 upon departure. There is a $200 refundable reservation/damage deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to rental.

Summer Guests: NO SMOKING/NO PETS. Typically rents from Saturday to Saturday, however, rentals less than one week available with negotiable pricing (subject to availability). Check in 3:00 pm, check out 10:00 am. Renter must be at least 25 years old.

Condo is conveniently located directly on the canal, and near the putt-putt course (putters provided in unit), and near one of 11 pools in the complex. Two private parking spots located directly in front of the condo.
