Sod Phased Project

Monday, August 15th to Monday, April 30th The Board of Directors is as eager to see the completion of the sod installation as are all of you.  With the approval of a 7 Phased installation plan, there is a positive outlook for the future of the landscaping at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.  The exact start date has not yet been determined but there is optimism that 3-4 of the phases will be completed during the fall of this year with the remaining phases being completed during the spring of 2012.  A copy of the map has been provided for you to look over and see where your property may fit into the plan.

Board of Directors Meeting

Friday, February 3rd to Saturday, February 11th, 02/11/12 10:00 am at Gulf Highlands Conference Center Your current Board of Directors will be meeting on February 11, 2012 at 10:00 am.  The meeting will take place in the Conference Center located at the front of the property.  All Owner's are encouraged to attend.
